As we enter my birthday month, I updated even more functionality to the Blog page today. This update includes a neat little comments system called Giscus. It grants users with GitHub accounts the ability to comment and react on posts and pages.

Giscus is basically the cooler, GitHub version of Disqus-- except it's open-source (rather than having their third-party servers store your discussions) and more lightweight. Pretty cool how it utilizes the Discussions feature built into the repository for my site directly. No ads and tracking is always an amazing plus too!

Nothing's really been happening with myself recently. It's finally my weekend off from work though, so that's great. I did want to share my Iced Tunes YouTube playlist, which has a plethora of chill electronic and various other types of music!

I had to remove some videos from the original playlist, as some uploads disable the embed feature on third-party sites so they come up as "Video unavailable". (With an outgoing link to watch on YouTube.)

So expect there to be more than just six videos in the playlist soon in the coming days. 😁

Hello, I've been putting quite a bit of work into the site and I want to return this Blog section of the site again. I feel it's a bit cathartic to write my thoughts sometimes, as I have recently been working on a different programming project recently.

Days all seem to mesh together recently, as work seems to dominate most of my time now. Hopefully I'll be able to keep posting here more, as I definitely want to and will try to keep this web-zone updated.
